Pretech Return Policy

Pretech Ltd wants you to be completely satisfied. We are so confident in our ability to provide quality products and professional service that we're providing the following satisfaction guarantee. In the unlikely event you are not completely satisfied, let us know. We will remedy the situation or cheerfully provide a refund or replacement according to the terms outlined below:

If you are unsatisfied with your order for any reason, please contact us immediately. To be eligible for a refund or replacement, the customer must receive prior authorisation to return the product(s) no later than 7 days after the product(s) are received. After this period a 25% re-stocking charge will be levied. To be eligible for credit or replacement, products must be shipped according to Pretech Ltd instructions.


  • Pretech Ltd does not refund shipping costs unless the reason for return was due to an error caused by Pretech Ltd.
  • To be eligible for refund or replacement, products returned to Pretech Ltd must arrive in original packaging.
  • Damaged or Non-Resalable Products.
  • IMPORTANT: If you receive damaged products, you must communicate this to Pretech Ltd before returning the product(s) in order to receive a replacement.
  • Within 24 hours, you will receive detailed instructions for returning product(s) to Pretech Ltd.


Return Authorisation

You must inform Pretech Ltd via email prior to shipping a return in order to receive proper instructions and authorisation. If possible send your return request as a reply to your shipping confirmation email. If it's not possible, please email us from here with the following details in order for us to authorise a return.

  • Your Order ID
  • Your Name, as provided at the time of your order
  • Reason for return, which might be damage, etc.
  • Requested action, which will be refund or replacement
  • Identify which product(s) you wish to return


We do suggest insuring all return shipments to avoid any possible damaged in transit losses. Unless the goods are defective, damaged or not as specified on your order acknowledgement, you are responsible for the cost of returning goods to us. We recommend that you use a signed for delivery service, as proof of shipping is not proof of receipt. If however the goods are faulty then the postage costs will be refunded.


Complaints

Should you have a complaint with the service or product we provide, please contact us by emailing us from here.

We will:

  • Acknowledge complaints within 3 working days.
  • Advise you how long it will take to resolve the complaint.
  • Keep you informed throughout the process.
